Helix Research Desk

A local-first desk for source-backed genetics research

Local research workbench

A local-first macOS workbench for personal, non-clinical genetics research. Its source adapters bring public evidence into a common view with identity checks, provenance, dates and visible conflicts. A local notebook keeps research snapshots and notes.

The project separates personal genotype imports from public-source research and makes optional agent handoffs explicit. It is a research and education tool, not a diagnosis or treatment service.

Highlights

  • Identity anchors and provenance-aware verification
  • Conflicting and insufficient evidence remain visible
  • Local import workflows with explicit public-query boundaries
  • Reviewable public-only briefs before optional agent handoffs
